What this is

Family Post is an early test. It uses AI to explain official letters and draft replies. It is run by Envol Ltd, company 17505466, registered in England and Wales, at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. It is free during this test.

It can be wrong

AI makes mistakes. It can misread a date, an amount or a name, and a scam check can miss a scam. Always check everything against the letter before you act.

It isn’t advice

Family Post isn’t a lawyer, doctor, accountant or financial adviser, and it doesn’t act for you. For anything serious, such as court, eviction, debt, benefits being stopped, immigration or your health, speak to a qualified person.

What you agree to

You must be 18 or over. Only share a letter that’s yours or that you have permission to share. Check every draft before you send it: you are responsible for what you send. Don’t misuse the service or share your access code.

Changes and ending

This is a test, so we may change it or stop it at any time.

Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law, or our liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any rights your local law gives you.
